A letter to Pizzahut

To whom may concerned,



On the day of 23 Jan 2006, I placed an order through phone in my office. Ordering the meal "Atlantis set 2" with add on "Sweet & Spicy Wings". I have been told the pizza will be reach at 45minutes later.



Then, after 5minutes i suddenly though of wanted to place an order for another addition pizza which is "personal Super Supreme". A female staff who picked my call, is kind like new staff who knows nothing.....I keep telling her, i already placed an order through the phone and wish to order another additional pizza......She is kind like keep annoying of what I saying...and asked me to WAIT WAIT, HOLD ON....then finally i managed to make the additional order, then she told me the price is "RM12.50". i asked her again, isn’t that is just additional order which i made? How come this is another new order? Then she just replies me, "Wait, i will ask my officer" (and hang up my phone...). I am kind like pissed off.........i wonder what should i do?



So, i tried to third time for the order....which is another staff was pick up my call....After i explained everything to her, and she just told me, the pizza have been delivered and you cant make additional order for it.............then, another office call was ringing and my colleagues was help me to answered it, and been told "the delivery is on the way, you couldn’t make additional order"..........................................I am like.............can the pizzahut’s service provide the customer a better service. Just wanna note down both of the pizza hut's transaction number is No 37 and No 39.....how could it possible to said the pizza is on delivery....................

If this continues, I might know Dominos will take over your place, definitely…



Please learn from the word “Customer always right”.

Haha... some staff are like that one la, next time dun order from them la, order McD delivery instead, lol.....

Then you should send out the real mail to them to complain. Not just post it in your blog. And please ask your gal to proofread first. Must make it really sophisticated so that they will take action.

But if really want to save the trouble, only order delivery from Dominos. If want to eat Pizza Hut, only go there.

Pizza hut service really suck one lah.
Case 1:
last time @ pizza shop alsogot prob...order 2 potatos fries.

end up 1 only come....then i said...I had order 2. Please go check.

end up they think I place another order...wan to charge me 3 potatos fries. end up I screw them :P

Case 2:
Already paid....but didnt give me the change... end up ....I *@!~#%$ them again :P

hahah..anyway YS,if a private fast food center alreday like this...i cant imagine if its a government owned shop..can forget abt the order adi.
